One of the challenges of this project was to design a space large enough for big groups that would also remain intimate for smaller gatherings of friends and family. Here a pergola creates shade, a garden wall offers additional seating, perennial beds add visual appeal and fragrance, while a recirculating fountain resonates with the soothing sound of water, softening any noise from nearby streets.
